One package of The Uptown Grocer Herbed Crawfish “Spread, Dip and Sauce” defrosted.
(Defrosting can be done in the microwave.)
12-15 jumbo mushrooms
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Freshly chopped chives or parsley (optional garnish)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Stuff mushrooms with defrosted Herbed Crawfish “Spread, Dip and Sauce”
Top each mushroom with a small amount of Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are soft and golden on top.
Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley if desired. Enjoy!
