Lasagna Roulade

(makes 4 entrees or 8 appetizers)

1 package of Artichoke & Wilted Spinach “Spread, Dip and Sauce” thawed
(May be defrosted in microwave.)

8 oz. of cooked chicken, shrimp or sausage chopped in bite size pieces.

8 lasagna noodles cooked al dente

1 egg

24 ounces of the marinara sauce of your choice

2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

½ cup of grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 350?. Put one cup of marinara sauce in bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.

Mix package of Artichoke and Wilted Spinach “Spread, Dip and Sauce” with egg and chopped meat.

Blackened Fish with Angel Hair & Crawfish Gratin

(Serves 4-6)

One box of Herbed Crawfish “Spread, Dip and Sauce”
(cooked according to package directions)
8 oz. angel hair pasta
4-6 filets of your favorite fish (6-8oz. each)
¼ cup of cream or whole milk
Blackening seasoning
Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 500?.

Combine 2T of blackening seasoning with 4T of vegetable oil on a small plate. Roll fish filets in blackening mixture.

Preheat oven safe skillet on medium high heat. Add small amount of vegetable oil. Blacken fish on one side. Remove fish and excess oil from pan.

Crawfish and Grits (serves 8)


2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1/3 cup diced celery, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper
1 andouille (Cajun) sausage link
1 lb. crawfish tail meat
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 of a
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
couple of dashes of Tabasco
10 T butter cut into chunks
I cup of uncooked, stone ground grits cooked according to package directions Salt and pepper to taste

Herbed Crawfish Stuffed Mushrooms

One package of The Uptown Grocer Herbed Crawfish “Spread, Dip and Sauce” defrosted.
(Defrosting can be done in the microwave.)
12-15 jumbo mushrooms
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Freshly chopped chives or parsley (optional garnish)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Stuff mushrooms with defrosted Herbed Crawfish “Spread, Dip and Sauce”

Top each mushroom with a small amount of Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are soft and golden on top.

Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley if desired. Enjoy!
